Meeting point
This history tour of the explorers departs from Pier number 3 in front of
the City Hall. The ferry to the Bygdøy peninsula operates between
March and October. Between November and February the tour is by
bus.

prepared for rain and wind. Dress according to the weather. Comfortable

October to December: Expect cold conditions, dress according to the
weather. Comfortable warm hiking boots, woollen socks, woollen

January to April: This is our winter season, although we get a fair
share of snow, there could be winters with little or no snow. Dress
according to the weather. Cross Country Skiing equipment, woollen
socks, woollen thermal clothes, woollen sweater and warm jacket, cross
country trousers, woollen hat and gloves, tube or scarf. Small back pack
with extra warm clothes and drink.
